The thesis

We build feeds that feel like showrooms — and pipelines that feel like home tours.

Most marketing made for interior and real estate brands ignores the category. It looks like every other agency template, pushes generic "lifestyle" content, and measures vanity when the founder actually needs site visits.

We started Svelty because we'd watched that happen too many times. Every reel we shoot, every caption we write and every rupee of ad spend is tuned to a single question: does this move a scroller one step closer to a site visit? If the answer is no, we cut it.

The result is a body of work that feels considered — and a set of numbers that would usually only belong to brands ten times our clients' size.

How we work

A four-step operating system.

We don't drop into your Instagram and hope for the best. Every engagement starts with a short discovery sprint — category research, audience mapping, audit of your current feed and funnel — so by the time we're shooting, the strategy is locked.

From there, create, distribute and convert run on a weekly cadence. You get a single point of contact, a transparent dashboard, and numbers you can actually defend in a board meeting.

Interior, real estate, decor, lifestyle. If we can't name your competitors in five seconds, we're not the right studio for you.

Every asset has a job.

A reel isn't "content." It's a hook, a body, a CTA. If the CTA is missing, we go back to the edit.

03 / Slow-made creative

We'd rather ship six great reels than twelve mediocre ones.

Volume is a commodity. Quality is what pulls a scroll to a stop.

If we can't measure it, we don't promise it.
